Shipping policy

All orders are made to order. Please allow 4–5 weeks for processing, production, and quality checks before your order ships out.(Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.)

Shipping Time:

Once your order has finished processing, it will be shipped using standard delivery. Shipping usually takes 5–7 business days within the United States.

International shipping times vary by destination.

Order Tracking:

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays

Please note that unexpected delays (weather, customs, high-volume periods, etc.) may occur. We are not responsible for shipping delays after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
